How to Look Younger and Sexier

I’m pretty sure that every human being on this planet wants to stay young and healthy. Isn’t right?

There are dozens of people who spend hours in front of the mirror each morning scanning for frown lines or wrinkles. They fear the day when they could find any of these lines crow anywhere on the face.

Accordingly, they have an endless supply of cosmetics and beauty products for external application. But if beauty is only skin deep, it was relatively easy to look young.

Between December, Colds and Influenza

This is the time of year when doctors worldwide to advise the elderly, children and vulnerable people to come to their offices to receive vaccination against influenza. It is very important to get this in proportion, because what these three have in common?

For those without a robust immune system, influenza can indeed be critical. Remember this history, between 1918 and 1919 a flu pandemic killed 70 million people, thus it claimed more lives than four gruesome years of the First World War did.

What makes the difference between you getting influenza or not in the first place is how robust your immune system. What makes the difference between you getting over influenza or not is how (rapidly) your immune response develops. This was the issue in 1918 and will be the issue always when it comes to viral exposure.

So how strong are you? :-)

Aloe Vera and your well-being

Aloe vera is known as a "miracle plant". It has a lot of health benefits. Aloe vera works simply by providing excellent nutrition, so that the body can take care of itself. It has not side effects, or against-indications. It is relatively safe for all ages - from new baby borns to the elderly. Aloe vera is available as gel, spray, lotion, liquid, cream, and in capsule or pill form.

Doctors and therapists recommend creams based on aloe vera to rashes and allergies. This is not all. Gels, lotions, and pill have become popular in the Ayurvedic pharmacies - so well, beauticians are now its healing powers over than ever.

In Russia, studies have shown the effectiveness of aloe vera in the flushing of harmful toxins from the body. The experts also suggest that aloe vera can help to prolong the survival time of cancer and HIV-positivepatients.

Most people are unable to bear the taste of aloe vera gel and, therefore, dilute with water or juice which instantly reduced the effectiveness of the supplement. But now, thanks God, there is Aloeride! Aloeride on the other hand can be taken as a pill on the go. Aloeride is tasteless and odorless.
